Manuel Hernández Illán ha pasado buena parte de su vida trabajando de albañil en Francia, compró una parcela en ciudad de Redovan, la realidad y pesadilla se confundieron. El alcalde lo sabe y se lava las manos.

A honest worker, without antecedents, with 70 years of age, estimated by his relatives and friends, affable and obliging. 
Manuel Hernández Illán has passed a good part of his life working as bricklayer in France, he bought a building site in the village of  Redovan, the reality worked out to be a nightmare. The mayor knows it and he washes his hands.
